Hi Debbie – LOL he jumped at the last minute, of course! Thanks for coming by!

Hi Betsy – your husband definitely deserves to be paid a lot if he takes those risks. I had no idea that folk got paid so much for photos but I guess it takes a lot of practise to get that good.

Hi Betsy – That sounds like one of those situations where maybe you had to go and wash, or buy a clean pair of shorts after that exciting(?) expedition. :)

Hi Betsy. $300 will buy a lot of pairs of clean underwear :-) (as per Barbara’s comment). I don’t think I could have watched!

Hi Everyone! :D It didn’t even occur to me how dangerous it was as we were so focused on getting ahead of the truck in time for him to set up the shot. Translation: I sat in the car while Pete did all the work. Luckily, there was no vehicle ahead of this truckdriver except for ours!

Ah! Is your hubby one of those daring photographers who love taking risks? Those types always yield the best photos!

Awww…man! I got TONS of photos like this!

(I guess it’s all about being the right place at the right time, eh?).

Well, $300 bucks is nothing to sneeze at. Good for you for striking while the iron is hot! :-)

Hi Friar – Happy to see you here! I was just looking at the view when Pete spotted the truck, so he gets credit for paying attention and agility!

Hi Steph! – I don’t know about daring. Before this, the most exciting series was a fight between an osprey and two owls. He won’t let me post the photos because they’re not good enough. When do you suppose he’ll see another situation like that?!
