Hi Davina – We had rain that turned to more snow yesterday – wimping out of predicted 6 inches or more. Today, since it’s now 2degrees F, everything is slippery. I bet your spring comes faster than ours.

Derek - I don't disagree from your position. I was very much THE expert on certain nuclear things before I retired. Later, I went back as a "subject matter expert" contractor and may do it again. If I were blogging to provide an income, I would find a niche..., or go back to the physical world for work. Since I'm only looking to augment my retirement and investment income, I prefer to be niche-less. Mike Goad´s last blog post..I’ve been working on another blog!

@Mike I am going to have to disagree with you. I think you need to focus on one niche and become an expert at that niche. That is how you help create waves. I remember a quote from Andrew Carnegie... he said, "you need to put all of your eggs in one basket and then watch that basket." I'm going to have to agree with him. Wow, your cabin sounds like heaven. I wish I had one. "work-life integration objectives" -- I love that idea! I'm trying to do that myself, but in a way that means I could quit my job.
