Why can’t online travel planning be easier?
When Pete and I were planning our recent extended stay in Alaska, we spent an incredible amount of online time coordinating each aspect of our trip. In order to get the best deals, we jumped from site to site and back again, sometimes finding the attractive fare or rate we had seen minutes ago vanish into thin air. Grrrr.
Sound familiar?

Hi Betsy – I just jumped over to check out your new site. It’s beautiful. Although I don’t have any trips planned for anytime soon, when something comes up, I’ll definitely come back and see what Passing Thru Travel has to offer.
I’m wishing you great success with your new endeavor.

Hi Betsy – this sounds awesome. I love travel and I can’t wait to check out your site. And DreamTrips sounds like a brilliant idea.
Hi again Betsy – I’ve just been browsing through your site – you have some awesome things on there. And you seem to have some really good deals on villa rentals and also timeshare rentals. When we can afford to go somewhere, I will definitely book through you. I’m leaning towards Italy and I’d thought Tuscany would be way to expensive but the villas you have seem reasonable.

Hi Barbara – Thank you! We’re thrilled, does it show?
We’re happy to help however we can when the time comes!
Hi Cath – With over 200 DreamTrips planned for this year, our list is now miles long! And yes, the villas and timeshares are great deals, aren’t they? Tuscany has been on my list, ever since I met Frances Mays, who wrote Under the Tuscan Sun. If you get there first, I will be jealous! I so want to be her. Thank you.
I love to travel (well, not the flight part but seeing new places) and travel often. I have bookmarked your new site for future use.
Hi Vered – Yep, the flight experience – well, we could go on and on about that, couldn’t we? Thankfully, the “there” that we’re getting to is even more wonderful by comparison. Thank you, and please let us know if we can help in any way.
Yes, cruise me through the Greek Isles! Please.
But um, I’ll have to wait for my “ship” to come in.
Good going. The Net NEEDS this service.

Hi Jannie – Thanks – we thought so, too! And I’m with you on the Greek Isles cruise. If only I didn’t want to go EVERYwhere.
Hi Betsy – It does sounds awesome doesn’t it? I’m guessing the flights are quite expensive from the US though. I wonder if it would be cheaper to fly from the US into London then take one of the cheap airlines like Easyjet to other places in Europe? Also, sometimes it’s cheaper to fly from the US to Dublin, then get another flight on RyanAir.
Jannie’s Greek Isles cruise sounds awesome too. There’s a heap of great places to go. I still really want to do Alaska but airfare to Alaska or Vancouver is extortionate for four people, from the UK. I think it would be best to see if I get to move to the US first and go from there. And since I heard about your cruise being cancelled, I think I’d lean towards a land trip.
Hi Cath – Any more word on whether you’ll be moving to the US? I just read that May-June airfares from the US to Europe are going to be cheaper than ever! Getting to Alaska is a bit pricey even from the US lower 48. I’ve really wanted to drive there through Canada. Some relatives did it years ago delivering a car for someone and they still remember the adventure. The list just keeps getting longer.
