Hi Jannie – LOL you’re right – it’s the Burton look. My brother has it, and my daughter and his son have it, too. Put all our toddler photos up next to my mother and they’re pretty much interchangeable. It seems to me there was a lot more nippin’ going on back then than today, though. Although, I do remember asking a friend on the phone was it drinking alone if we were talking to each other? Thanks!

I love all of the photos you included. I always find so much joy in looking at the old blacks and whites (photos) and wondering how their lives were “back then”. When I look at what the country is going through now and think back to The Great Depression, I’m guessing we have it pretty easy.
